Food Storage
· Start adding grains to your food storage-wheat, corn, and/or rice (even a little makes a difference).
· Make sure that you will use the things you are buying.
72 Hour Kits (make sure you have the following)
· Comfort/Stress Foods such as cookies and hard candies (things higher in calories).
· Mess Kits-one for each family member, or a significant supply of paper products and utensils.
